X-Morph: Defense Complete Edition Is Free on GOG

GOG is giving away the complete edition of X-Morph: Defense. The game features a complex, beautiful cyberpunk world and will run beautifully on modern hardware.

The “x morph defense free download” is a game that was originally released on PC in 2008. It has since been ported to Mac, Linux, and Xbox 360. The game is now available for free on GOG.com as part of their Summer Sale.

X-Morph: Defense Complete Edition, a sci-fi strategy game developed and published by EXOR Studios in Poland, is now available for free on GOG.

EXOR Studios is also the firm behind The Riftbreaker, one of the year’s most prominent indie strategy games, but unlike The Riftbreaker, which focuses on mechs, X-Morph: Defense casts players in the position of an extraterrestrial culture seeking Earth’s abundant resources. GOG will have the game available for claim until December 29th at 9:00 a.m. (EST).

A game description states, “Unique mix of a top-down shooter and tower defense tactics.” “You are the invading force!” Use deadly weaponry or lure your opponents into a tower labyrinth. Construction your strategy by carefully choosing several kinds of alien towers in the build mode, or get straight into the action in the combat mode.”

GOG’s X-Morph gift contains not just three DLC packages (European Assault, Survival of the Fittest, Last Bastion), but also avatars, wallpapers, and a soundtrack, since this is the entire version of the game. There are 21 songs on the latter, which are listed below.
